Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Seal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmeh Naboic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naboic shoots in for a takedown but Seal shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Seal looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Well, if Seal is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Naboic is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Seal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Seal's back!

Naboic is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Seal has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seal just trying to survive but Naboic is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Seal breaks Naboic's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Naboic is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Seal pulls his head out easily.
Naboic has a hand on Seal's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Seal takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Seal has hold of Naboic's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Naboic manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Seal has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Naboic is working away from the top position though.

Naboic is working for a kimura but Seal is defending it quite comfortably.

Seal kicks off Naboic and gets to his feet.

Seal gets caught flat footed, as Naboic shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
