Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Balboa comes to the cage accompanied by Burning Heart. Belfort has chosen Burn It To The Ground as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fedor Belfort is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Belfort takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A left lands for Belfort.
Balboa thows a left - swing and a miss!
Belfort slips under a jab from Balboa.
Balboa throws a push kick but Belfort slaps the foot to one side.
Belfort lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Balboa circles away quickly and effectively.
Belfort scores with a one two! Balboa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Robbie Balboa has been cut.
Fedor Belfort seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Balboa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Belfort circles away quickly and effectively.

and Balboa counters with a stiff right hand.
Belfort connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Belfort has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Balboa regains guard immediately.
Belfort wants to pass the guard but Balboa is keeping the position.
Balboa utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Balboa wants to stand up but Belfort is controlling him.
Belfort forces his way into half guard.
Belfort is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Balboa is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
