Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ben Morino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Krystov!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Morino.
Morino looks to land a left hand but Krystov moved out of range nicely.
Morino ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krystov moves away.
Krystov lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Ben Morino has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Krystov lands a really nice looking cross but Morino seems unphased.
Morino is rocked!
Morino blocks a jab.
Morino falls off balance throwing a combination
and Krystov counters with a huge left! Morino is in big trouble! He's backing up but Krystov isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Morino from any more damage. A dominating finish by Krystov!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Krystov!
