Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Lisnar! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Simon! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Simon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lisnar. Michael Lisnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lisnar scores a takedown into full mount! Simon avoids a series of strikes thrown by Lisnar.
Lisnar misses with a head shot. Lisnar thowing shots but they're missing. Poor strikes thrown by Lisnar there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Michael Lisnar is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Simon slips under a jab from Lisnar. Simon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lisnar circles away quickly and effectively. Lisnar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Simon. Simon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lisnar. Simon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lisnar stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Simon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nice uppercut there from Simon. Lisnar is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Lisnar lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Lisnar misses with a jab to the body

Lisnar tries to bum rush Simon with a series of wild strikes but Simon uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Simon is rocked! Simon is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lisnar connects with a bit shot that sees Simon covering up! More strikes from Lisnar and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Lisnar is our winner by TKO!
