Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Knocker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and recom uy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). uy has chosen bleed it out by linkin park as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from uy misses.
Knocker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as uy throws out the jab.
Knocker tries to close the distance and clinch up but uy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
uy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Knocker feints and as uy raises his hands in defense, Knocker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Knocker is pushing down on uy's leg trying to pass to half guard. uy is fighting to maintain full guard but Knocker has managed to sneak the leg through.

Knocker seems to be looking for submissions.

Knocker gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
uy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

uy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Knocker is wriggling around trying to escape.
uy avoids the attempt from Knocker to control.
Knocker sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

uy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Knocker swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

uy drops back looking for a leg! Knocker is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Knocker manages to kick uy off! uy jumps back into Knocker's guard.
uy wants to get up but he can't break Knocker's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

uy gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
uy swings for the body but Knocker moves out of range.
uy wants to clinch but Knocker slips to the side

and Knocker counters with a nice double leg into guard.

uy is trying to escape the mount but Knocker keeps good control and instead manages to take uy's back.

Knocker is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. uy is defending well though. Knocker let's go of the attempt for now.

uy is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Knocker is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. uy knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften uy for a finish.

uy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and uy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
uy connects with a couple of short punches.

Knocker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. uy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. uy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
uy would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Knocker is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but uy frees his head nicely. Oh but Knocker has switched to an armbar! uy is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
