Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ed Soma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Triangulo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ed Soma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Triangulo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soma scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Triangulo doesn't seem bothered though.
Triangulo throws a sloppy head kick and Soma moves out of range easily.
Triangulo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Soma slows down the pace here.
Soma lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Soma lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Triangulo backwards.
Triangulo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Soma pulls his leg out and moves away.
Triangulo shoots in but Soma avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Triangulo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Soma paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Soma sizes up Triangulo with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
No luck for Triangulo with that takedown attempt.
Ed Soma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Triangulo.
Soma lands a nice shot to the body.
Triangulo looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Soma closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Soma scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Triangulo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Soma is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Triangulo to the mat. Triangulo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Soma stands up and waves to Triangulo to follow him.
Soma connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Triangulo is rocked!
Soma lands with a big right hook that stumbles Triangulo - he's out on his feet here! Soma follows up with another monster hook that separates Triangulo from consciousness! Triangulo falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Soma stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ed Soma!
