Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doadi Rafi Meldir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tong Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meldir comes into the arena with Khala Ya Khala blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po shoots in for a takedown but Meldir shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Po shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Meldir sprawls well. Meldir wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Po gets slowly back to his feet.
Meldir tries to clinch but Po moves out of range.
Nice takedown defense from Meldir. No joy for Po on that attempt.
Doadi Rafi Meldir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tong Po.
Po misses with a takedown attempt - Meldir sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
