The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Infamous connects with a jab.
Infamous misses with a hook. Taylor ducked under it nicely.
Taylor fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Infamous.
Taylor gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Taylor unloads a knee to the mid-section. Infamous lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Taylor manages to break the clinch.
Infamous works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Taylor fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Taylor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Infamous, pushing him back against the cage.
Taylor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Infamous fails to pull guard.
Taylor pushes Infamous back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Infamous tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Taylor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Infamous fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Alex Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Infamous.
Infamous tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Taylor smiles and moves away.
Taylor has managed to clinch.
Taylor is pressed up against the cage. Infamous has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Taylor down to the mat. Taylor avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Infamous lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Infamous tests Taylor's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Infamous shoots in for a double leg but Taylor sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Infamous fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Infamous looks gassed!
A solid leg kick lands there for Taylor.
Taylor thuds his shin into the meat of Infamous's side.
Taylor throws a head kick that Infamous semi-blocks.
Infamous cracks Taylor with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Taylor is rocked!
Infamous throws a monster overhand right that drops Taylor! Infamous follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drew Infamous!
