The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inquisition tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pound paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Inquisition slips a straight right by Pound.
Inquisition tries to bum rush Pound with a series of wild strikes but Pound uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Inquisition fails in his attempt to clinch.
Pound tries for a takedown but Inquisition sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Ground Pound seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Inquisition shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pound defends it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pound rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Inquisition moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pound shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Inquisition pinned against the cage. Inquisition gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Inquisition counters with a crisp one two that drops Pound! Inquisition thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Pound to his feet! Pound is in big trouble!

Inquisition lands a left and a right that send Pound crashing to the mat, dazed. Inquisition thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Inquisition throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Inquisition feints a jab and as Pound dips his head, Inquisition unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Pound right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Pound falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Inquisition smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
