The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar has closed the distance and engaged Brice in a clinch.

Brice avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Brice looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lesnar is one step ahead there. Brice has his foot on Lesnar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lesnar works his way back into a safe position though. Lesnar thows a big elbow that misses. Lesnar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Brice has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! Lesnar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Brice gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lesnar counters with a nice double leg into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lesnar is working Brice over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lesnar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Brice manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lesnar manages to get himself to full guard.
