Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Fowley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jason Fowley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jason Fowley!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos keeps the fight on the outside.
Fowley bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dos Santos's head.
Dos Santos fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fowley, pushing him back against the cage.
Fowley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dos Santos smiles and moves away.
Dos Santos throws a leg kick but Fowley sees it coming and moves out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fowley.
Dos Santos takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fowley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dos Santos was well out of range. Poor timing from Fowley.
Jason Fowley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A left lands for Fowley.
It looks like Rafael Dos Santos has been cut.
Fowley lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Dos Santos falls backwards - clearly groggy! Fowley dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Fowley!
