Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genghis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Vandam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Genghis Khan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Genghis Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyler Vandam!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vandam tries to bum rush Khan with a series of wild strikes but Khan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vandam does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Vandam lands with a slapping head kick.
Khan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Vandam swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Khan thuds a left hand into Vandam's body.
Vandam looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khan lands a left and a right that send Vandam crashing to the mat, dazed. Khan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Vandam is rocked!
Khan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Vandam is still on wobbly legs! Can Khan finish him?
Khan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Vandam counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Khan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vandam seems to have recovered his senses.
Khan stuns Vandam with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Khan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Vandam's half guard.
Khan scores with a big shot! Vandam's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Vandam! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Genghis Khan!
