Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gheorghe Munteanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leszek Zielony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Munteanu comes to the cage accompanied by Audioslave - Shadow on the Sun. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zielony shoots in but Munteanu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Zielony takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Munteanu is looking to clinch.
Zielony keeps the fight on the outside.
Munteanu defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Zielony.
Zielony wants to clinch up but Munteanu keeps it at a distance.
Munteanu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zielony looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Munteanu is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Zielony is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Munteanu shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zielony moves into the clinch.
Munteanu is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Zielony pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Zielony has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Munteanu is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Zielony turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Zielony manages to end up in side control.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Zielony cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zielony tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Munteanu counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Zielony!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zielony tries to reverse the position but Munteanu maintains control.

Zielony might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Munteanu kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Munteanu throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
