Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcelio Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Urias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Urias comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Here comes the BOOM kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcelio Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Miguel Urias!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urias is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Urias swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Urias keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Urias has closed the distance and engaged Garcia in a clinch.

Garcia turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Garcia manages to end up in side control.
Urias is trying to get back to half guard.
Garcia fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Garcia blocks the strikes from Urias.
Urias wants to control but Garcia postures up.

Garcia thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Urias connects with a high kick.
Garcia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Urias avoids it really well and circles away.

Garcia moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Urias has worked his arm free - good work by Urias!

Urias regains half guard, as Garcia was trying to land strikes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Urias is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Garcia defends well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Marcelio Garcia will probably get the nod.

Urias stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Urias wants it to stay on the feet.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Garcia, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
