The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madafaka shoots in for a takedown but Mann shows good takedown defense.
Mann digs a good body shot into Madafaka's ribs.
Mann fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ginger Mann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mann tries to close the distance and clinch but Madafaka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mann looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mann digs a good hook to Madafaka's body.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Madafaka.

Mann lands a left and a right that send Madafaka crashing to the mat, dazed. Mann thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mann throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Madafaka stumbling backwards into the cage! Madafaka bounces back off the cage towards Mann, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Mann lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mann celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
