Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alexander Wilson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jae Wilco! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilco throws a head kick but Wilson moves out of range.
Wilco tries to bum rush Wilson with a series of wild strikes but Wilson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Wilco swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wilco lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Alexander Wilson has been cut. Wilco misses the jab. Wilson lands a nice shot to the body.
Wilco misses with a shot to the body and Wilson counters with a single leg into guard. Wilco didn't expect that. Wilco trying to control the position.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Wilco tries to land a sweep but no joy. Wilson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wilson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Wilson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wilson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Wilco wants to stand but Wilson is controlling the position. Wilson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Wilco looking to control.
Wilson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wilson is in close to Wilco's body, working some short punches and elbows. Wilson distracts Wilco with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Wilco is looking for a triangle but Wilson pushes his legs off easily.
Wilco looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wilco looks gassed! Wilson drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Wilson as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Wilco screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Wilson! Nice submission victory there!
