The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxlund throws a shot from downtown. Parker moves away and avoids it.
Boxlund throws a series of punches but Parker moves out of range.
Parker tries to clinch but Boxlund is having none of it.
A shot to de liver by Boxlund. Beautiful body shot.

Parker gets a clinch.
Parker tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Boxlund just stands there and leans against the cage.
Boxlund throws a punch but it's blocked by Parker.
A shot in the inside from Parker.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Boxlund.
Parker has Boxlund pressed against the cage, preventing Boxlund from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Parker.

Parker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Parker doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Parker takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Boxlund keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Parker throws a right and a left that both miss.
A telegraphed right hand from Boxlund misses the target.
Parker jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Boxlund takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Blixt Boxlund is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boxlund wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Parker is breathing heavily.
Boxlund throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Boxlund connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Peter Parker has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Parker takes a jab right on the kisser.

Parker is rocked!
Boxlund measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Parker! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
