Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Krzysztof Kulak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Katipunan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kulak kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is CowdeR - Kułak. Andres Katipunan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kulak fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Kulak shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Kulak has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Katipunan's face.

Kulak moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Katipunan has worked his arm free - good work by Katipunan!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Kulak looks up at the clock and then as Katipunan takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kulak smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Katipunan tries to buck Kulak off but Kulak is having none of it.

Kulak tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kulak has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kulak creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Katipunan tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.

Kulak is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Katipunan is surviving well by controlling Kulak's body position as best he can.
Katipunan is squirming around, avoiding Kulak's attempts to control the action.

Kulak stands and steps away. Katipunan gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Good leg kick by Katipunan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Katipunan doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Kulak counters with a takedown into side control.

Kulak is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Katipunan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Katipunan is looking for a sweep.
Katipunan is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
You can see the frustration on Katipunan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kulak connects with a nice short shot to Katipunan's temple.
