The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da silva looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Matata looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Da silva jabs Matata right on the nose. Matata blinks but takes it well.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Matata crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Da silva - the referee stops the clock and Matata gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Da silva. Matata manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
