The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens throws a combination but it was largely blocked by The Snake.
Stevens lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Miguel The Snake has been cut.
Stevens stuffs the takedown.
The Snake closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stevens circles away.
Stevens throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Stevens scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Stevens moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
No luck for The Snake with that takedown attempt.

Stevens throws a series of strikes that have The Snake backpedaling.
The Snake is rocked!
Stevens lands a left and a right that send The Snake crashing to the mat, dazed. Stevens thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh The Snake is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stevens feints and then cracks The Snake's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow The Snake down.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stevens steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! The Snake is out on his feet! Stevens sets himself and nearly takes The Snake's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
