Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Volkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Volkoff.
Volkoff pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Volkoff fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Jones shoots in for a double leg but Volkoff sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Volkoff scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Volkoff lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A combination from Volkoff does no damage.
Volkoff throws a nice outside leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Volkoff.
Volkoff is looking to land body kicks.
Jones tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Volkoff thumps Jones with a low kick.
Jones blocks a head kick by Volkoff.
Volkoff throws a leg kick which misses Jones's front leg but catches the back leg as Jones tries to avoid it.

Volkoff lands a front kick.
Volkoff throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This has been an exciting period of action!

so Jones counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Jones has gone for a leg lock! Volkoff slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jones's guard.
Volkoff is looking to work some ground and pound but Jones has wrist control.

Jones has his foot on Volkoff's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Volkoff works his way back into a safe position though.

and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jones's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Volkoff looks to land a combination but Jones avoids it well.
Volkoff throws a big shot that misses.

Jones gets a takedown into half guard.
Volkoff is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Volkoff wants to get back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Volkoff looks like he's trying to stand up.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Volkoff throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Volkoff fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jones checks it well.

Crunch! Volkoff slams his shin into Jones's torso.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Volkoff.
A head kick misses from Volkoff.
A punch combination from Volkoff misses.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jones shoots in and bounces Volkoff off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Volkoff has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Jones off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Vladimir Volkoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Volkoff swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Volkoff is looking to slow Jones down with leg kicks.
Jones cracks Volkoff with an open hand slap.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jones.

Jones goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Volkoff has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Jones but great work by Volkoff.

and Jones counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Volkoff manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Volkoff is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Jones has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Volkoff is looking to defend but Jones has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Volkoff! Jones pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Volkoff taps out and this one is all over!
