Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Steeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Steeler does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Horrible takedown by Ross or perhaps it was just good defense by Steeler which made him look bad.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Ross feints and as Steeler raises his hands in defense, Ross changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ross tries to free his leg and advance position but Steeler is retaining full guard.
Ross wants to control from the top but Steeler keeps moving.
Steeler wants to get back to his feet but Ross is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ross drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Ross seems to have locked his on tight now - Steeler screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ross, as he picks up the win!
