Jones Jr's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Roy Jones - Can't be touched. Roy Jones Jr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roy Jones Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Matheus Rodrigues!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Jr misses the jab.
Jones Jr waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Rodrigues.
Rodrigues throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rodrigues moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Jones Jr thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones Jr connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rodrigues momentarily.
It looks like Matheus Rodrigues has been cut.
Jones Jr closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Jones Jr throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rodrigues counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jones Jr jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Rodrigues uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jones Jr.
Rodrigues misses with a series of wild punches.
Rodrigues ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Jones Jr misses with an uppercut.
Jones Jr lands a left and a right that send Rodrigues crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones Jr thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Rodrigues is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rodrigues scores with a jab.
A jab from Rodrigues misses.
Jones Jr steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rodrigues.
Jones Jr will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice defenses there by Rodrigues.
Roy Jones Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodrigues avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rodrigues lands with a right hand.
Rodrigues lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jones Jr circles away quickly and effectively.
Jones Jr dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rodrigues looks gassed!
Rodrigues fails to land with a series of punches.
Jones Jr uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rodrigues.
Jones Jr throws an overhand right that drops Rodrigues like a sack of potatoes! Jones Jr dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roy Jones Jr!
