Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Coley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Ray Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coley comes into the arena with Disturbed Inside the Fire blaring out of the sound system. Stevie Ray Samson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coley sizes up Samson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Coley wants to clinch.
Samson misses with the combination.
Samson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Samson looks to land a body kick but Coley moved away.
Coley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Samson drops back looking for a leg! Coley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Coley manages to kick Samson off! Samson jumps back into Coley's guard.
Coley isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Samson stacks Coley on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Samson!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Coley fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Samson avoids it really well and circles away.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
