Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Baka Suigetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenny Katsuragi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suigetsu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Aristocrats Symphony. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Baka Suigetsu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenny Katsuragi! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Suigetsu throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Suigetsu lands with a slapping head kick. Suigetsu lands with a slapping head kick. Katsuragi feints and as Suigetsu raises his hands in defense, Katsuragi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Katsuragi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Katsuragi wants to control from the top but Suigetsu keeps moving. Katsuragi is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Katsuragi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Katsuragi trying to control the position from guard on top but Suigetsu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Suigetsu looking to hit a scissor sweep but Katsuragi is one step ahead there. Katsuragi trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Katsuragi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Suigetsu sprawls well initially but Katsuragi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Suigetsu avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Katsuragi. Katsuragi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Suigetsu blocking the ground and pound attempt from Katsuragi. Suigetsu avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Katsuragi. Katsuragi missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Katsuragi throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Katsuragi is keen to just control but Suigetsu is a slippery customer. Katsuragi works his way into full mount! Katsuragi wants to control the pace but Suigetsu is squirming around nicely. Katsuragi thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Katsuragi throwing strikes here but Suigetsu is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Suigetsu misses with a takedown attempt and Katsuragi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Suigetsu is breathing heavily. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Katsuragi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Katsuragi trying to control but Suigetsu is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kenny Katsuragi dominated that round. That's time! Suigetsu's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Suigetsu scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Katsuragi scores with a takedown into Suigetsu's guard. Katsuragi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Suigetsu is keeping the position for now. Katsuragi won't allow Suigetsu to sweep him here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Katsuragi tries to free his leg and advance position but Suigetsu is retaining full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Katsuragi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Suigetsu napping and manages to drive through into side control! Suigetsu can't do much from the bottom here. Katsuragi lands a decent elbow from side control. Katsuragi with the ground and pound but Suigetsu regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Kenny Katsuragi has got the better of the ground game so far. Katsuragi looks to land a strike but Suigetsu avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suigetsu keeping moving, preventing Katsuragi from controlling successfully. Katsuragi sitting in guard, not really doing much. Katsuragi looking to sit in guard and control but Suigetsu gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Katsuragi wants to stand up but Suigetsu is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Suigetsu advances position into side control! Katsuragi wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Suigetsu tries to move to mount but Katsuragi blocks the move with his legs. Suigetsu trying to control the position but Katsuragi is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kenny Katsuragi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Suigetsu lands a head kick. Katsuragi smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Nice takedown defense from Suigetsu. No joy for Katsuragi on that attempt. Suigetsu misses with a takedown and Katsuragi counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Katsuragi. Suigetsu preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Katsuragi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Suigetsu swivels though and keeps the full guard. Katsuragi wants to control from the top but Suigetsu keeps moving. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Katsuragi wants to get back to his feet.

Katsuragi stands and throws Suigetsu's legs to the side, diving into side control. Katsuragi throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Suigetsu struggling a bit here. Katsuragi working the head with strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Kenny Katsuragi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Katsuragi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
