Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jeff Juta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenta Sazuki!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sazuki scores with a head kick.
Sazuki gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sazuki with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Sazuki connects with a nasty looking knee right to Juta's face.
Juta is rocked!
Juta tries for a takedown but Sazuki manages to get underhooks.
Sazuki is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Juta can't fight it off and eventually Sazuki manages to take the fight to the floor. Juta looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Juta is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sazuki defends well.
Juta is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Sazuki stops Juta from standing up.
Sazuki slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Juta is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sazuki is controlling him.

Sazuki keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Juta's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Juta wants to sweep here but Sazuki controlling him for the moment.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sazuki swings away with a leg kick that misses.
The fighters circle, before Sazuki throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Juta's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Sazuki lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Kenta Sazuki!
