Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Doran Connell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Pritchett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connell comes to the cage accompanied by Rob Kelly - Rockstar. Pritchett has chosen Protect your neck as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Doran Connell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Pritchett!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritchett misses with a double jab.

Connell thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Connell wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pritchett keeps working.

Connell goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pritchett has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Connell but great work by Pritchett.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pritchett is keen to just control but Connell is a slippery customer.

Pritchett is looking for a kimura but Connell is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pritchett to get the leverage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Pritchett goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Connell rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pritchett's guard! Nice work there by Connell!
Connell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
