The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage misses with a head kick.
Savage stuffs the takedown attempt from Pacquiao. Pacquiao gets slowly back to his feet.

Pacquiao gets caught flat footed, as Savage shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Pacquiao wants to stand up but Savage is controlling him.
Pacquiao is trying to control the position but Savage postures up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pacquiao avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Savage.

Pacquiao is defending against the submission attempts here by Savage.
Pacquiao is looking to control Savage's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pacquiao avoid being mounted?

Savage is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pacquiao doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Savage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Savage moves into full mount! Pacquiao won't be happy about that!
