Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mello Shain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shain comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I Stand Alone kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mello Shain was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shain is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mack.
The fight stays on the outside here - Shain looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Shain throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mack throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Shain.
Shain falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mack counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Shain loads up on a big right hand but Mack slips the punch.
Shain wants to clinch but Mack slips to the side
and Mack counters with a nice body shot.
Danga de danga de dang - Shain scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Rodney Mack has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shain tries to clinch up
and Mack makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mack drops Shain with a beautiful combination! Shain stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mack is looking for the KO!
Shain fails in his attempt to clinch.
Shain throws a combination that misses
and Mack counters with a series of strikes. Shain will be more careful next time no doubt.
It looks like Mello Shain has been cut.
Shain lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Shain misses with a double jab
enabling Mack to counter with a crisp jab.
Shain throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mack counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Shain! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Mack!
