The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sistjierten throws a series of punches but Spiegel moves out of range.
Sistjierten misses with a series of wild punches.
Spiegel moves in looking to clinch but Sistjierten pushes him off.
Sistjierten throws a right and a left that Spiegel avoids nicely.
Some wild striking there from Sistjierten.
Spiegel shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sistjierten but Sistjierten pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sistjierten. Spiegel does a little dance to reset his feet.

Spiegel jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sistjierten walks away with a smile on his face. Spiegel gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Spiegel counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Spiegel.

Spiegel seems to be working for a kimura but Sistjierten defends the submission attempt.

Sistjierten lands with a nice combination. Spiegel backs away looking to recover.
