The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripper scoring well with a low kick there.
Ripper goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Jin Kim has been cut.
Ripper misses with a double jab.
Kim slips a straight right by Ripper.

Kim rushes Ripper and presses him up against the cage.
Ripper tries a knee to the head but Kim blocks it.

Ripper wants to stand but Kim is controlling his posture from full guard.

Kim is working an open guard so Ripper takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ripper tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A nice leg kick lands there from Ripper.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kim blocks a head kick by Ripper.
Ripper tries a low kick but Kim avoids it.
Ripper scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ripper. Kim shrugs it off though.
Kim takes a swing at Ripper's ribcage but misses.
Ripper chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kim on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ripper. Ripper obviously looking to wear him down.
Kim is breathing heavily.
Ripper lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ripper.

Ripper lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ripper throws a right hand that Kim ducks under and follows up with a left that Kim also avoids with ease.
Ripper throws a leg kick which misses Kim's front leg but catches the back leg as Kim tries to avoid it.
Good leg kick by Ripper there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Ripper is looking to slow Kim down with leg kicks.

Ripper throws a head kick but Kim moves out of range.
Ripper scores with the left hand. Kim knows he should have avoided that one.
Ripper misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kim tries to land a body kick
and Ripper counters with a body kick that stops Kim in his tracks momentarily.
Ripper lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kim will feel that in the morning.
Ripper throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ripper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kim swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ripper plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Jin Kim's cut is getting worse.
Ripper dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ripper lands a nice hook to Kim's body. Kim takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
A thudding body kick lands there by Ripper!
Ripper throws a quick inside leg kick.
Ripper fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kim.
Ripper keeps Kim at a distance using the push kick.

Ripper lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Ripper throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Ripper throws a nice outside leg kick.
Ripper feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kim's calf.
Some wild striking there from Ripper.
Kim takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jack Ripper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ripper drops Kim with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kim looks back up at him and smiles so Ripper waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kim is rocked!

Jin Kim's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Crack! A monster head kick from Ripper and Kim falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Ripper!
