10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Hebert! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jonesy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hebert tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jonesy paws at him with a jab and circles away. Some wild striking there from Jonesy.
Nice body punch from Jonesy. Hebert keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sam Hebert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jonesy misses with a low kick. Jonesy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jonesy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hebert avoids it really well and circles away. Hebert tries to clinch but Jonesy moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hebert tries to clinch up. Jonesy takes a swing at Hebert's ribcage but misses. It looks like Sam Hebert has been cut. Jonesy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hebert was covering up waiting for the punch and Jonesy finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hebert is looking to stand up but Jonesy isn't so interested in that idea. Hebert utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Jonesy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hebert is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hebert has escaped and now he's on top! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Let's bang! Hebert moves in looking to clinch but Jonesy pushes him off. Hebert tries to clinch up but Jonesy circles away and keeps his distance. Hebert gets a clinch. Jonesy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hebert gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hebert pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Jonesy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hebert gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jonesy lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Jonesy's corner calls for a 1-2. Jonesy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Jonesy lands with a big left! Hebert is wobbled badly! Jonesy comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Hebert to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). David Jr Jonesy!
