Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Bosse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Bosse is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Tyson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Bosse!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Bosse has managed to clinch.

Tyson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bosse is looking to escape.
Bosse is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tyson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tyson's back!

Bosse is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Tyson knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Tyson for a finish.

Bosse controlling well, preventing Tyson from escaping the position.

Bosse working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

Bosse is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Tyson knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Tyson for a finish.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tyson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bosse works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Tyson shoots for a takedown but Bosse saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Tyson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tyson shoots for a double leg takedown but Bosse sprawls well. He's pushed Tyson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bosse changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tyson tries to avoid it but Bosse manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tyson to the ground. Tyson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Tyson dives in and grabs Bosse's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bosse pushes down on Tyson's head and hops out.

and Bosse holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Tyson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bosse gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Tyson has Bosse pressed against the cage, preventing Bosse from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Tyson is trying to drag Bosse to the mat but Bosse just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Bosse slips nicely into half guard.
Bosse tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Steve Bosse showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Tyson closes the distance and clinches up with Bosse, looking for a takedown. Tyson pushes Bosse against the cage but Bosse circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bosse tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tyson swivels and escapes.

Bosse darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Tyson is looking for a sweep. Bosse is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Tyson is staying active underneath Bosse, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Bosse prevents Tyson from improving his position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bosse tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tyson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Tyson tries to roll over but Bosse keeps him under control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Bosse has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tyson is proving hard to escape from.

Bosse is fighting to break Tyson's control of his arms but Tyson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Tyson is pulling down on Bosse's head. It's preventing any offense from Bosse, at least for the moment.
Steve Bosse has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bosse is looking to stand up but Tyson won't let him.

Steve Bosse comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bosse has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
