Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Furnas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laramie Mcmillen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laramie Mcmillen will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sid Furnas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Laramie Mcmillen! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcmillen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Furnas misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Furnas fails to land the takedown. Furnas fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sid Furnas. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Furnas is defended easily by Mcmillen. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Furnas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mcmillen's waist but Mcmillen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Furnas off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Furnas shoots in but Mcmillen avoids the takedown attempt easily. No joy there for Mcmillen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mcmillen drives through with a takedown into guard. Mcmillen postures up.
Mcmillen stops Furnas from standing up. Furnas is breathing heavily. Mcmillen thows a big elbow that misses. Furnas is working an open guard so Mcmillen takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Mcmillen bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Mcmillen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Furnas has escaped the position, nice work there. Mcmillen throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcmillen looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Furnas struggling a bit here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mcmillen is trying to get an arm triangle but Furnas is defending well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mcmillen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Furnas managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Mcmillen.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcmillen is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Furnas is trying to escape and Mcmillen transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Furnas is forced to tap! Nice work there by Mcmillen! Very nice indeed!
