Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrera throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Herrera throws a head kick but Torres moves out of range.
Herrera shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Torres as he jumps to the side.

Torres is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Herrera is aware though and is defending well.
Torres has an active guard here but Herrera has managed to pass into half guard.

Torres has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Herrera can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Torres throws his legs up looking for a submission but Herrera uses it to pass to side control.
Herrera decides to stand up, so the ref orders Torres to his feet.
Herrera bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Herrera shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Torres sprawls well. Torres wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Herrera gets slowly back to his feet.

Torres looks to score with a jab to the body but Herrera is just out of range.
Herrera tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Herrera gets the takedown into side control.
Torres is looking to reverse the position.
Herrera tries to stand but Torres is controlling his head.

Herrera tries to move to mount but Torres blocks the move with his legs.
Torres tries to buck Herrera off but Herrera is having none of it.

Torres sneaks back into half guard.
Herrera wants to stand up but Torres has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Herrera is breathing heavily.
Herrera content to control rather than advance.
Torres is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Herrera's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Herrera's back!
Torres is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Herrera is defending well though. Torres let's go of the attempt for now.
Torres is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Herrera won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Torres off his unconscious opponent!
