Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Junitzu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masoud Mazadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Junitzu's entrance music is Tarantula by Pendulum. A fine choice. Thiago Junitzu has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junitzu tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mazadi gets the takedown into side control.
Mazadi controlling the position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Mazadi tries to move to mount but Junitzu blocks the move with his legs.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mazadi working the strikes but Junitzu uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Still in half guard, Mazadi seems content to control.
Mazadi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Junitzu looks like he's trying to stand up.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mazadi has eaten all the pies!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Junitzu tries to kick Mazadi off but Mazadi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Mazadi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mazadi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Despite being in the dominant position, Masoud Mazadi just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Junitzu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Junitzu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Junitzu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mazadi decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mazadi prevents Junitzu from standing back up.
Junitzu trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Mazadi content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mazadi lands a nice short elbow.
Junitzu pushes Mazadi off looking to stand but Mazadi dives back in and keeps control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Junitzu is trying to stand back up but Mazadi is controlling him

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
