Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Ballinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Levens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ballinger comes into the arena with A Scottish Soldier by Andy Stewart blaring out of the sound system. Justin Levens is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Anthony Taglia and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Ballinger as Levens shoots in.
Levens closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Justin Levens has been cut.
Levens blocks a jab.
Levens fails with a takedown attempt.
Ballinger keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd cheers as Ballinger lands an impressive looking overhand right. Levens doesn't seem phased though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ballinger moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Levens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ballinger's waist but Ballinger gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Levens off to one side.
Levens looks gassed!
Ballinger is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Levens closes the distance and clinches up with Ballinger, looking for a takedown. Levens pushes Ballinger against the cage but Ballinger circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Ballinger counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Ballinger rushes Levens with punches - Levens moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Levens goes down! Ballinger follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
