Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stringgi Eemil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). PJ Benn will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eemil defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Benn.
Benn tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Eemil paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Benn shoots in looking for a takedown. Eemil tries to sprawl out of it but Benn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Eemil manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Eemil has closed the distance and engaged Benn in a clinch.
Eemil fails to pull guard.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Eemil can't break the clinch.
Benn using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Eemil has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Benn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Eemil stands up and waves to Benn to follow him.

Benn has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Eemil off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Eemil changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Benn tries to avoid it but Eemil manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Benn to the ground. Benn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Eemil is breathing heavily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Benn looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Benn doesn't succeed with the takedown
so Eemil counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Benn wants to get back to his feet but Eemil passes into half guard.

Eemil thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Benn wants the takedown. Eemil is fighting it off but Benn persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Eemil's guard against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stringgi Eemil.
I think Eemil has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
