The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharpe on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pound. Pound obviously looking to wear him down.
Sharpe scores with a head kick.
Sharpe throws a leg kick that is checked
and Pound counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Pound.
Sharpe looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Pound has picked Sharpe up and slammed him! Sharpe can't keep hold of the triangle and Pound manages to pass to side control!
The strikes coming from Pound are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Sharpe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

It looks like Anderson Sharpe has been cut.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pound cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sharpe is still in real trouble! Can Pound finish him?
Sharpe tries to lock up and control but Pound gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Pound postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Sharpe bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Pound and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ezra Pound!
