Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McClusky slaps away a takedown attempt from Borinski, before circling back to the center of the mat.

McClusky drops Borinski with a beautiful combination! Borinski stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - McClusky is looking for the KO!

It looks like Igor Borinski has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McClusky will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Borinski has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics McClusky uses from the top position.

Borinski jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… McClusky is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by McClusky and Borinski has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

McClusky drops Borinski with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Borinski looks back up at him and smiles so McClusky waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Borinski shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McClusky tries to roll over but Borinski keeps him under control.

McClusky is staying active underneath Borinski, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Borinski is really struggling to control McClusky but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Borinski is looking to stall here but McClusky recovers full guard.

Borinski wants to control from the top but McClusky keeps moving.
Borinski sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed McClusky's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

McClusky holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Jack McClusky is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Let's hope that McClusky has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
