Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarvis Prince (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoko Wakari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jarvis Prince! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Yoko Wakari! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prince circles away from the clinch attempt.
Prince fails with a takedown attempt. Crunch! Wakari slams his shin into Prince's torso. Prince shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wakari as he avoids it easily. Wakari misses with a takedown and Prince counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Wakari being controlled here, momentarily. Prince trying to control the position from guard on top but Wakari is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wakari is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wakari looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Wakari wants to free his trapped foot but Prince is holding on for dear life with his legs. Wakari stands up and beckons Prince to join him on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wakari closes the distance and clinches up with Prince, looking for a takedown. Wakari pushes Prince against the cage but Prince circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Prince fails with the takedown and Wakari counters by clinching up. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarvis Prince. That's going to take a lot out of him. Prince is breathing heavily. Wakari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Wakari tries to clinch but Prince moves out of range. Prince stuffs the takedown. Prince works over Wakari's head and body with a nice combination. Wakari scores with a three punch combo!
A punch combination from Wakari misses. Wakari connects with a high kick. Prince throws a sloppy head kick and Wakari counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Prince's guard now. Wakari is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Prince manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wakari manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wakari keeping moving, preventing Prince from controlling successfully. Wakari looking to hit a scissor sweep but Prince is one step ahead there.

Prince seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Wakari manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Prince manages to get himself to full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wakari stands up from Prince's guard - Wakari perhaps looking for a knockout. Wakari lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wakari.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wakari tries to close the distance and clinch up but Prince swats him away and circles back towards the center. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Prince crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Wakari - the referee stops the clock and Prince gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Wakari. Prince manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Wakari throws a nice head kick!
Prince scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wakari is looking to reverse the position. What's Wakari going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Wakari is looking for a sweep. Wakari struggling a bit here. Wakari tries to bench press Prince off him but Prince keeps the position. Wakari is not content to let Prince control the position. Prince lands a decent elbow from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prince is staying tight to Wakari's torso, preventing him from escaping. Wakari struggling a bit here. Prince trying to control the position but Wakari is working away. Wakari is trying to improve his position. Wakari gets back to half guard. Wakari tries to get to full guard but Prince has control of the leg. Wakari trying to control here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wakari wants to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yoko Wakari dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Prince tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wakari swivels and escapes. Prince with a lazy takedown attempt and Wakari counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Prince gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Wakari counters with a nice double leg into guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarvis Prince. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wakari trying to control but Prince is working from the bottom. Yoko Wakari has got the better of the ground game so far. Prince is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Wakari wants to control from the top but Prince keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Prince is on top in guard.
Wakari is breathing heavily. Prince pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wakari is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prince controls from within his opponent's guard. Wakari is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Prince is stalling in the full guard. Prince trying to control but Wakari is working from the bottom. Prince stays in close to Wakari's body and controls the position. Wakari is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Prince would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Prince decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Wakari, up you get! Wakari shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Prince as he avoids it easily. Prince keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wakari looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Prince tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Wakari throws a sloppy head kick and Prince counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wakari won't be happy with that. Wakari tries to strike but it doesn't land. Wakari holding on. Wakari wants to control but Prince postures up. Wakari tries to strike but it doesn't land. Wakari pushes Prince away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Prince gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Wakari is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Prince off and has taken his back! A lull in the action here.
Wakari just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
