The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lavy scores with a three punch combo!
Persposky closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Dextor Lavy has been cut.
Persposky thows a body shot but no joy.
Persposky misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lavy lands a nice looking body shot.
Lavy slips a jab and a cross from Persposky.
Persposky uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lavy.
Nice takedown defense from Persposky. No joy for Lavy on that attempt.

Persposky swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Persposky really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lavy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lavy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Persposky is looking to escape.

Persposky has left one of his arms exposed and Lavy doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Persposky screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
