Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wang Chung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chung comes to the cage accompanied by Everybody Have Fun Tonight- Wang Chung. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Stevenson blocks the low kick.
Stevenson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Chung thuds his right hand into Stevenson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Chung gets caught flat footed, as Stevenson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Stevenson throws a big right hand that misses.
Stevenson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chung. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stevenson works over Chung with some ground and pound from guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stevenson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Chung wants to sweep but no luck.
Chung is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Chung escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stevenson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stevenson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Stevenson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chung has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stevenson has managed to get both his arms back between Chung's legs - danger averted.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Stevenson and the ref steps in to end the fight! Stevenson can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
