Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Papa Dock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hug has chosen chicago bulls theme song as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Papa Dock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Randy Hug!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hug throws a nice outside leg kick.
A slow jab from Dock misses its intended target.
Dock fails to land with a series of punches.
Hug keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dock.
Dock paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hug is looking to slow Dock down with leg kicks.
Dock missing with a left hand there. Hug was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hug ducks under a wild hook from Dock.
Dock waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hug.
Hug throws a hook but Dock avoids it easily.
Papa Dock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dock moves into range and connects with a jab.
Hug tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hug displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.


It looks like Papa Dock has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dock throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Dock shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hug keeping moving, preventing Dock from controlling successfully.
Dock wants to pass the guard but Hug is keeping the position.

Hug manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dock is in all sorts of trouble here.

Despite being in the dominant position, Randy Hug just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hug throws a head kick that half lands.
Hug takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Hug walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.


It looks like Randy Hug has been cut.
Hug walks into a stiff left hand from Dock.

Hug misses with a straight right.

Dock fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hug sprawls well initially but Dock persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dock works his way into full mount!

Dock goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Hug turns into him and now he's in Dock's guard.
Hug trying to control the position from guard on top but Dock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dock is trying to control the position but Hug postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Randy Hug dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Hug throws a front kick that sends Dock stumbling back into the cage.
Hug tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Hug throws a sloppy head kick and Dock moves out of range easily.

Hug keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dock scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hug looks to throw the jab but Dock is out of range.
Dock jabs Hug right on the nose. Hug blinks but takes it well.

Hug gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hug keeping moving, preventing Dock from controlling successfully.

Dock pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hug is keeping the position for now.
Dock wants to control from the top but Hug keeps moving.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dock keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hug's head.
Dock wants to control from the top but Hug keeps moving.

Dock throws a strike but Hug avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Hug is trying to keep Dock in close.
Dock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hug swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dock trying to control but Hug is working from the bottom.
Dock with a nice head shot there.
Dock slips nicely into half guard.
Dock seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hug does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Hug wants to get back to full guard.
Dock sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Hug is refusing to be controlled, as Dock sits in half guard.
Dock is pressing down on Hug's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hug is holding on for now.
Dock is trying to control. Hug wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Papa Dock dominated that second round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Dock throws a right hand that Hug ducks under and follows up with a left that Hug also avoids with ease.
Dock dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dock connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Dock throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hug on the side of the head.
Hug takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hug takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dock scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hug in his tracks.
Dock cracks Hug with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hug takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Dock thuds his right hand into Hug's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dock, as that shot connected.
Hug takes one on the button.
Hug tries to move into range but Dock moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hug takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Dock digs a good hook to Hug's body.
Dock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hug stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Randy Hug is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Dock keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Dock scores with a shot to the body.
A cross from Dock lands.
Nice straight punches there by Dock. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dock.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dock lands a right hook to the body.
Hug takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dock is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.


That has opened up Randy Hug's cut even more.
A right-left combo lands from Dock.
Dock scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Hug slips under a jab from Dock.
Hug takes a jab right on the kisser.
A right-left combo lands from Dock.
Dock lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hug takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hug takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A decent looking cross lands there for Dock.


The cut above Randy Hug's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Dock shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Dock tries to control but Hug wriggling away.
Dock postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hug looks a forlorn figure.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Randy Hug's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Papa Dock!
