3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ernest Miller! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weatherman lands with a cross. Weatherman scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Weatherman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Miller. Weatherman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Miller avoids the body shot from Weatherman.
Weatherman throws a series of punches but Miller moves out of range. A swing and a miss from Weatherman. Weatherman misses with a two punch combination.
Miller ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Weatherman moves away. Weatherman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Weatherman misses with a few strikes there.
Weatherman misses with a double jab.
Weatherman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Miller uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Weatherman. Miller pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Weatherman takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weatherman connects with the punch. Miller slips under a jab from Weatherman. Miller fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A left lands for Weatherman. Weatherman tries to bum rush Miller with a series of wild strikes but Miller uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A combination from Weatherman does no damage. Weatherman connects with a looping right hand.
Miller throws a quick inside leg kick. J Walter Weatherman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Weatherman throws a right and a left that Miller avoids nicely. Miller throws a jab when Weatherman was well out of range. Miller misses with a straight right. Weatherman tries to clinch there but Miller circles away.
