Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Monsoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ray Monsoon has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ray Monsoon seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter thows a body shot but no joy.
Ray Monsoon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter looks to land a combination but Monsoon avoids it well.

Monsoon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Carter tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Monsoon postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Carter looks a forlorn figure.
Carter tries to lock up and control but Monsoon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Monsoon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carter on the ground.

Monsoon fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Monsoon lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Monsoon lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Carter is trying desperately to improve position.
