Etim is trying to control Garcia's posture but Garcia avoids it.
Etim is trying to improve his position.
Etim wants to control but Garcia postures up.
Etim manages to get back to half guard.
Garcia wants to pass the guard but Etim is defending well.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Garcia moves out of range of the strikes.
