Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Jighston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pound Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgee has chosen Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Jighston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pound Mcgee! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcgee misses with a looping right. Jighston shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Mcgee connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Mcgee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jighston moves away. Mcgee slips under a jab. Mcgee misses with a low kick.
Jighston swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jighston lands a glancing blow to the side of Mcgee's head. Mcgee misses the shot to the body. Jighston takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A telegraphed right hand from Jighston misses the target. Jighston throws a predictable looking body shot
and Mcgee counters with a left to the body. Mcgee thows a body shot but no joy. Jighston takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
This has been an exciting period of action! Mcgee throws a right and a left that both miss. Jighston ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Mcgee throws a right hand that Jighston ducks under and follows up with a left that Jighston also avoids with ease. Jighston throws a looping overhand right but Mcgee ducks down to avoid it. Mcgee lands a nice shot to the body.
A jab from Mcgee misses. Mcgee missing with a left hand there. Jighston was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcgee blocks a jab. Jighston is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mcgee. Pound Mcgee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mcgee sizes up Jighston with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jighston fails to land the takedown. Mcgee connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jighston. Jighston circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jighston is rocked! Mcgee scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Oh Jighston is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jighston fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jighston is breathing heavily. Mcgee drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Jighston right on the button. Jighston goes down! Mcgee follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mcgee gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pound Mcgee!
