Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jadimbu Muliva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Laudrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muliva kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In Flames - The Quiet Place. Laudrup has chosen Zoo Station as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muliva looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Laudrup!
Laudrup keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Laudrup is squirming around, avoiding Muliva's attempts to control the action.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Muliva is working for a guillotine from mount but Laudrup frees his head quite easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Laudrup manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Muliva is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Laudrup is just riding it out for now. Muliva eventually gives up the hold.
Muliva prevents Laudrup from improving his position.
Muliva is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Laudrup as he works his way to full guard.
Laudrup controls Muliva momentarily but Muliva frees himself.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Muliva wants to control from the top but Laudrup keeps moving.
Muliva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Laudrup manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Muliva has Laudrup in his guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Laudrup stands up and waves to Muliva to follow him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jadimbu Muliva will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Laudrup avoids a punch combination nicely.

A looping hook to the body misses from Muliva. Laudrup does a little dance to reset his feet.
Muliva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Laudrup's waist but Laudrup gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Muliva off to one side.
Laudrup bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Muliva shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Muliva is defended easily by Laudrup.

Laudrup takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Muliva throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Muliva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Laudrup drops Muliva with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Muliva looks back up at him and smiles so Laudrup waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Jadimbu Muliva has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Muliva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Laudrup clinches.
Muliva seems to have got his legs back now.
Muliva wants a takedown but no success here.

Muliva has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Laudrup avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Laudrup lands a left and a right that send Muliva crashing to the mat, dazed. Laudrup thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Laudrup lands with a big left! Muliva is wobbled badly! Laudrup comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Muliva to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
