Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buster Vessel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and a tope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vessel comes to the cage accompanied by Graveyard Symphony. tope is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Apaga mas nao bate. Buster Vessel could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to a tope's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, a tope!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
tope walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Vessel checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Vessel keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
tope shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vessel defends it nicely.
tope throws a shot from downtown. Vessel moves away and avoids it.
tope fails with a takedown attempt.
Vessel looks to land a combination but tope avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vessel tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and tope is able to avoid easily.
Buster Vessel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vessel tried to score with a low kick but tope checks it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
A combination from Vessel does no damage.
tope dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
tope pivots, looking for a leg kick but Vessel is out of range and tope settles back down.

tope ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
tope throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vessel's waist but Vessel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing tope off to one side.
Buster Vessel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of a tope.
tope shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vessel as he avoids it easily.
Vessel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
tope shoots in looking for a takedown. Vessel tries to sprawl out of it but tope keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vessel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown by tope or perhaps it was just good defense by Vessel which made him look bad.

tope dives in and grabs Vessel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vessel pushes down on tope's head and hops out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
tope shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vessel as he jumps to the side.

Vessel looking to land some kicks to the body here.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Vessel throws a head kick but tope moves out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Vessel as tope shoots in.

Vessel pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
tope looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Vessel lands a big head kick that sends tope to the canvas! Vessel follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
